Delete your Folly account

You can delete your Folly account and all associated data at any time.

Fastest way — in the app

Open Folly → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, plant photos, gardens and care history, scan history, and app settings. Records of purchases are removed from our systems; your Google Play / App Store billing history remains with Google or Apple. Deletion cannot be undone.
